- Security patches are applied as necessary during customer agreed upon scheduled maintenance windows
- Peak Hosting will assist customer with all configuration questions and changes
- Upgrades to newer versions per customer request during customer approved maintenance windows. Peak Hosting recommends upgrades to systems that are not in service and can not impact site availability to verify compatibility with customer code. Peak Hosting will not provide SLA for upgrades to live customer applications or sites.
