Erin Stadick has been leading teams in various engineering disciplines for over 20 years, from product creation, technical design and architecture, implementation and operational excellence, Erin strives to produce the best customer experience possible. Before joining Peak, he lead efforts to design and implement a wholesale business change from legacy technology sets to current technologies at a major telecommunications provider using innovation, automation, and standardization as core principles for success. Prior to that, Erin built and maintained an international network for a 2500 site retail enterprise company through rapid and intense growth. Since joining Peak, Erin has applied those gained experiences to anticipate the needs of Peak customers and produce a top tier technical and operational solution.
Over the course of his career, Erin has been successful in driving effective and positive results by utilizing strong core values while embracing technical innovation. Erin believes a strong team is the core path to success, not the individual, high employee and group morale ultimately equates to outstanding customer satisfaction, the two go hand in hand and one does not excel without the other.
Network Engineering Manager
Kerry has over 18 years in the networking industry, with extensive experience in designing and operating large-scale, highly available service provider and datacenter networks. He currently holds the prestigious Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert – Service Provider certification (CCIE #39617). Kerry spent over 16 years at some of the country’s largest MSOs, such as Bright House Networks and Time Warner Cable. At Bright House, Kerry was responsible for designing a highly available and scalable MPLS/BGP backbone and Internet presence (transit/peering), supporting both commercial and residential voice, video and high speed data services. Kerry has extensive experience in defining network standards and best-practices with a focus on operational simplicity and repeatability. He has a passion for network automation to increase productivity and eliminate human error. Over the years Kerry has assisted in developing automation for both operational and testing environments.
